Dr. Yousif Ibrahim Al-Salloum (Maj. Gen. Retired), Director –
Sysorex Training
With a PhD in Strategic Planning and Development from
University of Glasgow, Scotland, UK, Dr Yousif Salloum
held important posts in both Ministry of Defense and
Civilian fields. He was General Director for Military
Council (Royal Court), Ambassador to Kenya and Member of
Consultative Shoura Council.
Dr. Salloum is presently in- charge for Sysorex Training
Center in the Kingdom.
Dr. Mohammed Yahya Farooqui, Sr. Vice President
Mr Farooqui did his M.A (Gorakhpur University), 1963
and PhD from Aligarh Muslim University in 1973. He was a
Research Associate in Ecological programs of John
Hopkins University, Baltimore, 1969 – 1971.
Dr Farooqui has a vast experience in teaching. He has
been in-charge of Administration in Sysorex Arabia for
over 28 years.
Shoeb Subedar, Technical and Commercial Manager
Shoeb Subedar has more than twelve years of experience
working in India, United States and Saudi Arabia. He
has worked for HP as a Customer support Engineer for HP
Peripherals at Godrej Service Center Bombay, Worked as
HP specialist Resident Engineer for Larsen and Toubro
Group of Companies at Powai works, Bombay 1995-96. Was
the Marketing Manager for Corporate sales at Al-Samhan
computers, Dammam 2002-2003. He has been active
business, since 1997, developing Business opportunities
for Indian exporters in Middle East and United States.
Shoeb Subedar has completed Industrial Electronic
Engineering, Bombay, has a Diploma in Export and Import
Management from Indo-American Society Bombay.
Dr. Thabit Alzahrani (DBA,PMP), Project Management Consultant
Dr Alzahrani joins Sysorex from the Royal Saudi Air
Force (RSAF) where he was the director of the Computers
Directorate managind several strategic programs and
projects in ICT & Maintenance over 1 billion dollars in
value in the US and KSA. He has a Doctorate of Business
Administration (DBA) from the California Coast
University in 2002, an MBA from the California Coast
University (2000) and a BS from the University of
Houston. He is also a certified Project Management
Professional (PMP # 74010) Project Management Institute
(PMI) 2001.
Prof. Syed Abu Zafar, Management Consultant
Prof. Abu Zafar has had a long career in the Acedemia
and Industry in both the United States and the Kingdom
of Saudi Arabia. He has been a training Manager - SAVOLA,
Management Development Consultant - Riyad Bank,
Personnel Consultant – NCCI,Group Personnel Manager
Joint Venture of Philip Morris Tobacco Co, Vice
President of Different Banks. He is a popular Public
Speaker in Seminars and HR Training Consultant, Division
Governor - Toast Masters International ,Best Division
Governor 2002-2003, Declared Gulf Champion Speaker of
Toast Master International 1998. He has also taught in
different colleges in California, Management Trainer of
Executive Groups in California, Professor of Public
Administration and Management. M.A Sociology, MA Public
